These terms apply to the use of the Cara Blackburn website and private tattoo booking system.
 

Booking system

Private booking links are provided directly to clients of Cara Blackburn for the purpose of selecting an available appointment time and paying the required booking deposit.

Booking links are intended only for the client they are sent to and may expire or become unavailable once used.
 

Appointments and deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 5 days’ notice. A deposit can be transferred to a new appointment up to 3 times when sufficient notice is given. With less than 5 days’ notice, a new deposit may be required.

Appointments are only confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully received.
 

Age and identification

Tattoo clients must be aged 18 or over and must bring valid photo identification to their appointment. An appointment may be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided.
 

Availability

Appointment availability shown through the booking system is based on Cara Blackburn’s connected calendars and may change until a booking and deposit have been completed.
 

Payments

Online deposits are processed securely through SumUp. Full payment card details are not stored by this website.
 

Google Calendar

The private booking system uses Google Calendar to check availability and manage confirmed appointments.
