When you make an enquiry or book an appointment, I may collect information such as your name, email address, contact details, tattoo enquiry information, appointment details and information you choose to provide through my website.
 

How I use your information

I use this information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, process booking deposits, communicate with you about your tattoo and provide information relating to your appointment.
 

Google Calendar

My private booking system connects to Google Calendar in order to check my appointment availability and create or update confirmed tattoo appointments.

The booking system accesses only the Google Calendar information needed to provide these functions. Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
 

Payments

Booking deposits are processed securely through SumUp. I do not store your full card details on my website.
 

Sharing information

I do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by services I use to operate my website and booking system, including Wix, Google Calendar and SumUp, where necessary to provide those services.
 

How long information is kept

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for appointment management, business administration, legal obligations and record keeping.
 

Your rights

You may contact me if you would like to ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for information to be deleted where applicable.
